Ordering and personalization
How long does an order take?
Everything is made to order. Production takes a few business days, plus shipping time. Exact timings are shown at checkout. If you are ordering for a shower or a due date, order earlier than feels necessary.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Once an item has gone into production we usually cannot stop it, since it is made specifically for you.
Products and materials
Will my pieces actually match?
Pieces within the same theme are designed as one palette. Slight variation between fabric types is normal, since a plush blanket and a cotton crib sheet take colour differently, but they are made to sit together.
What size are your baby blankets?
Our baby blankets are 30" x 40", the standard baby blanket size. See our size guide for how that compares to other blanket types.
Do the crib sheets fit standard cribs?
Yes. Sizes are listed on each product page for standard and mini cribs. Always check that a fitted sheet matches your mattress before use.
Are the rugs washable?
Yes. Our nursery rugs are machine washable with a non-slip backing.
Care
How should I wash everything?
Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Washing cold on the first cycle keeps colours sharp. Avoid fabric softener on minky, which flattens the pile over time.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
We ship across the United States. Shipping costs and timings are calculated at checkout.
Can I return something?
Yes, on standard items, under the terms in our refund policy. Personalized items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless faulty, so please check spelling carefully before ordering.
My order arrived damaged.
Send us a photo and we will replace it.
Safety
Can my baby sleep with a blanket?
The AAP recommends keeping loose blankets, pillows and soft objects out of the crib until at least 12 months. Until then, our blankets are ideal for the pram, the car seat and supervised floor time.
