Shipping Policy

Where we ship from

Every Snoozabye piece is printed to order by our production partners and ships from their facility. Orders are produced within [2–7] business days, then handed to the carrier — the delivery windows below start from dispatch.

Because our products are made in different facilities depending on the item, a nursery set ordered together may arrive in more than one parcel, sometimes a few days apart. Each parcel is tracked separately and there's no extra charge to you.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated US territories can take an additional 7–12 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the window above, email contact@snoozabye.com with your order number and we'll chase it.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
