Shipping & Delivery
Everything at Snoozabye is made to order, which means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. It also means production time comes before shipping time.
Production
Your items are printed and finished after you order. This usually takes a few business days. Orders with several pieces may ship in more than one parcel if they are produced in different facilities — you will not be charged extra for this.
Delivery
We ship across the United States. Shipping cost and estimated delivery are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your order.
Ordering for a due date or shower
Order earlier than you think you need to. Made-to-order timelines are reliable but they are not instant, and carrier delays are outside our control. If you have a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Tracking
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will chase it.
Something wrong?
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive at all, email us with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will replace it.
